Eric Kettenburg – Seward

A rising tide lifts all boats, and that’s what good public schools do. I grew up lower middle class in the Seward County school district. My family never could have afforded a private school, but thanks to the hard work (and funding) of Nebraskans, I received an education that prepared me for college and beyond. I have very fond memories of Garland Elementary, and later, Seward Middle and High Schools, and of the caring teachers and staff made the all the difference in my life.
