Aimee Chipps – Hastings Public Schools

My husband and I grew up attending Hastings Public Schools. We chose to raise our family in Hastings also and so far have one child that has graduated from HPS. She has flourished in our school systems and learned from teachers who have inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. Her high school teachers pushed her to achieve and excel and supported her through many scholarship applications. Both of our students participate in the marching band, just like their Dad did. We have roots at HPS! I am currently in my second year of teaching in the same school that I attended as a little girl, Alcott Elementary. I love being in the same building where my love for teaching has its roots. I love being apart of a team that will always, always, root for our kids and make sure they have what they need for a successful life of learning.
