Adrian Hernandez Portillo – Marrs Middle School

I think Nebraska schools are the best because they prepare students to have a good future after high school. My school is special because of the kind teachers who keep me happy, even on my worst days. I especially love my advisement teacher—she always tries to motivate me to work hard and try new things. Other students can be a positive influence too: When I saw someone help a friend by getting something for them, I was inspired to do the same thing for a random student.
