Susan Askey – Hastings Public Schools

I received an excellent education from Hastings Public Schools. From Hawthorne Elementary School all the way through Hastings Senior High, I encountered excellent teachers and had many extracurricular opportunities as well. The foundation was laid for furthering my education at UNL and UNMC where I earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy. I then went on to work as a pharmacist in the Hastings area. It all started with the public school system and the excellent education I received.
